  • Linen care: storage, usage, tracking
  • Common cleaning mistakes and shortcuts to avoid

Day 3: Checklists & Supervision

  • Room checklist breakdown (departure vs stayover)
  • How to supervise without micromanaging
  • Tracking quality, speed, and turnaround

Day 4: Guest Experience & Complaint Prevention

  • Common guest complaints and how to prevent them
  • Housekeeping and online reviews
  • Responding to incidents and special requests professionally
