- Common cleaning mistakes and shortcuts to avoid
Day 3: Checklists & Supervision
- Room checklist breakdown (departure vs stayover)
- How to supervise without micromanaging
- Tracking quality, speed, and turnaround
Day 4: Guest Experience & Complaint Prevention
- Common guest complaints and how to prevent them
- Housekeeping and online reviews
- Responding to incidents and special requests professionally
